Description

For this recipe, you will need a mixed ground meat — half beef and half turkey.

Ingredients

  • Chicken Egg - 7 pieces
  • Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
  • Carrot - 1 piece
  • Onion - 1 piece
  • Salt - 0.4 oz
  • Paprika - 0.2 oz
  • Ground meat - 17.6 oz
  • White bread - 3 pieces
  • Ground Black Pepper - 0.2 oz
  • Ground Cumin - 0.2 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Add 1 egg, grated carrot, onion mixed with chicken fat, bread, salt, and pepper to the ground meat and mix well. Divide the mixture into 6 parts.

Step 2

From each part, shape a nest on a baking sheet, carefully pressing with your fingers and smoothing the sides. Line the nest with soft grated cheese, sprinkle a little salt on top, and place in a preheated oven at 347°F for about 20 minutes.

Step 3

After that, pour eggs into the nests and bake for another 15 minutes.
