- Pickled Chanterelles - 6 pieces
- Potato - 1 piece
- Natural Yogurt - 6 tablespoons
- Cream - 6 tablespoons
- Pickles - 2 pieces
- Smoked Chechil - 10.6 oz
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
- Herbs - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all necessary ingredients.

Slice the tomato into rounds.
Step 3
Place in a cold frying pan with vegetable oil.
Step 4
Lay out all the tomato slices.

Form balls from the mince and then flatten them to create nests by pressing the mince in the center.

Place the nests on top of the tomato slices.

Slice the pickles into rounds.
