Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 8.5 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Milk - 17 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil - 5 tablespoons
- Sugar - 4 teaspoons
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Boiling water - 7 fl oz
- Chicken fillet - 24.7 oz
- Rice - 3.5 oz
- Poultry - 1 teaspoon
- Onion - 2 heads
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
In a large bowl, whisk 3 eggs. Add salt and sugar, continue whisking.
Step 3
Add half of the milk, mix well.
Step 4
Sift the flour.
Step 5
Gradually add the flour, mixing the batter thoroughly with a whisk.
Step 6
Add another cup of milk and vegetable oil, mix until smooth.
Step 7
Pour in the boiling water, mix thoroughly, and let the batter rest for 15–20 minutes.
Step 8
Heat a skillet and grease it with vegetable oil. Pour the batter onto the hot skillet using a ladle, spreading it evenly.
Step 9
Once the pancake is browned on one side, flip it to the other side.

Cook the pancake. The other side cooks faster.
Step 11
Boil the turkey in slightly salted water until cooked through.
Step 12
Pass it through a meat grinder.

Rinse the rice, cover with cold water, and cook until done. Rinse the rice again with cold water after cooking and drain in a colander.

Finely chop the onion. Sauté the onion in vegetable oil until soft.

Add the minced meat, spices, and rice, mix well, and sauté for 5 minutes, then let it cool.

Place the filling on a pancake, fold it into an envelope. Store the finished pancakes in the refrigerator; they can be frozen.

Before serving, reheat in the microwave or fry in a skillet. Serve with sour cream and fresh or pickled vegetables.
