Ingredients
- Pork Blood - 8.8 oz
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 8.8 oz
- Morels - 10.6 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Breadcrumbs - 10.6 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Rye Bread - 3.5 oz
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grind the meat into minced meat, add spices and 100 g of breadcrumbs.
Step 2
Beat the egg and add it to the minced meat.
Step 3
Soak the bread in water or milk, then squeeze it out, crumble it by hand, and add it to the minced meat.
Step 4
Finely chop the mushrooms (any kind) and add them to the minced meat.
Step 5
Form round patties and coat them in breadcrumbs.
Step 6
Heat the pan with oil, fry the patties first for a minute under a lid, then until cooked through without a lid on each side.
Step 7
Place the cooked patties in a pot, sprinkling each layer with herbs.
