Ingredients
- Beef - 14.1 oz
- Chicken fillet - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 head
- Pumpkin - 14.1 oz
- Young zucchini - 1 piece
- Celery stalk - 2 pieces
- Breadcrumbs - 2.8 oz
- Garam Masala - 2 spoons
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the onion as desired and sauté it in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Step 2
Pass the beef, chicken breast, sautéed onion, pumpkin, zucchini, and celery through a meat grinder.
Step 3
Add salt, pepper, garam masala, and breadcrumbs to the minced meat, mix well, and let it sit for 10 minutes. You can check the seasoning by frying a small amount of the mixture in a skillet.
Step 4
Shape small patties and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for 25 minutes.
