Ingredients
- Beef - 5.3 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 0.9 oz
- Black Cumin (Cumin) - 0 oz
- Red Long Chili Peppers - 0 oz
- Tomato Puree - 0 fl oz
- Clarified Butter - 0.7 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Garlic - to taste
- Salad Potatoes - 7.1 oz
- Milk - 1 fl oz
- Butter - 0.7 oz
- Whole egg - ¼ piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pass the beef meat along with garlic and bell pepper through a meat grinder, then add cumin, red pepper, salt, and mix thoroughly.
Step 2
After that, knead the minced meat like dough and place it in a ceramic or porcelain dish, which should be kept in a cool place.
Step 3
After an hour, transfer the minced meat to a deep frying pan greased with fat, and, stirring with a spoon, fry until the moisture evaporates and the minced meat becomes crumbly.
Step 4
Pour the fried meat with tomato puree diluted with a small amount of water (1/3 cup).
Step 5
Cover the pot with a lid and simmer on low heat for 20–25 minutes.
Step 6
Separately prepare the mashed potatoes: boil the potatoes until tender, add milk, yolk, and mash.
Step 7
Serve the mashed potatoes with meat peas.
