Ingredients
- Lean Beef - 17.6 oz
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande - 8.8 oz
- Radiatori pasta - 10.6 oz
- Marinated cherries - 7.1 oz
- Basil Pesto Cheese - 158 qt
- Parmesan Cheese - 3 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Add the minced meat to a hot skillet with sizzling oil.
Step 2
Use a spatula to break the minced meat into smaller pieces.
Step 3
Add the pasta to the boiling salted water.
Step 4
Stir and cook for one minute less than the package instructions.

Stir the minced meat after 3–5 minutes. Reduce the heat to medium.

Add half of the prepared mascarpone to the meat mixture.

Stir and season with black pepper, adding a little salt.

Cut the tomatoes in half and sprinkle with sea salt.

Add the tomatoes to the minced meat.

Mix the ingredients.

Once the pasta is ready, drain the water.

Transfer the pasta to the meat mixture with tomatoes and stir well.
