Description

When stewing, you can add your favorite spices. For example, I add curry, khmeli-suneli, and pork seasoning. Enjoy your meal!!!

Ingredients

  • Pork Blood - 2 lbs
  • Pitted Wild Apricots - to taste
  • Walnuts - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Rinse the prunes.

Step 2

Chop the walnuts slightly.

Step 3

Cut the pork into pieces and pound them. Rub with salt and pepper on both sides. Wrap the prunes and walnuts in the pounded pieces (fold the sides of the pork inward so that the filling does not spill out during cooking). Tie with string in several places.

Step 4

Fry the prepared semi-finished product in a pan with vegetable oil until golden brown.

Step 5

Remove the strings. Stew on low heat (almost without boiling: otherwise, the rolls will open) with added salt, pepper, and a small amount of vegetable oil for 20–30 minutes.

Step 6

It is best served with boiled pasta and drizzled with broth.
