Meat Salad with Cucumbers
Ingredients
- Beef - 17.6 oz
- Dried Chinese mushrooms - 7.1 oz
- Onion - 2 heads
- Cucumbers - 35.3 oz
- Soy Sauce - 1 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil - 3 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- 9% Vinegar - 50 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the mushrooms for one hour.
Step 2
Marinate the cucumbers in a mixture of vinegar, salt, soy sauce, and monosodium glutamate for half an hour. Add black pepper and red (hot) pepper to the marinade.
Step 3
Cut the meat into strips, add finely chopped onion, and lightly sauté in vegetable oil.
Step 4
Cut the mushrooms into 3-4 pieces and add them to the meat with the onion. Fry everything well.
Step 5
Cut the cucumbers into sticks. When the mixture cools down, combine it with the cucumbers.
