Ingredients
- Lentils - 3.5 oz
- Pork Mince - 7.1 oz
- Spanish onions - 2 heads
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Green Peas - 5.3 oz
- Chicory - 1 piece
- Marinated cherries - 5.3 oz
- Sour Cream - 4.4 oz
- Courgette - 1 piece
- Cream - 3 tablespoons
- Dill - 1 bunch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the lentils with cold water, bring to a boil, and cook for about 12 minutes. Drain the water.
Step 2
Transfer the mince to a bowl. Add one finely chopped onion and the egg. Mix well. Form small balls and fry in heated oil until golden brown.
Step 3
Bring salted water in a pot to a boil and cook the peas for 3 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
Step 4
Clean the chicory, separate the leaves, and tear them into small pieces by hand. Transfer to a bowl. Add halved cherry tomatoes and thinly sliced cucumber. Slice the second onion into rings and add it to the salad. Mix well and add the meatballs and lentils.
Step 5
Combine the sour cream, cream, finely chopped dill, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
