- Soy Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Balsamic Vinegar - 2 tablespoons
- Honey - 1 tablespoon

Step 1
For the salad, it's best to use filet mignon. Grill it (I grill it on a grill pan) for 5–7 minutes on each side, seasoning with pepper.
Step 2
Take the mint leaves, arugula, sliced zucchini, and sliced red onion, mix them together, and add the sliced filet mignon.
Step 3
Prepare the dressing: mix together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, soy sauce, and honey. Combine the salad with the dressing and add the pine nuts.
