Ingredients
- Pork Blood - 28.2 oz
- Champignons - 10.6 oz
- Sweet Pepper - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the meat into small pieces and sauté in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Step 2
Slice the onion into half rings, add to the meat, and sauté for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Slice the bell pepper into strips, cut the mushrooms in half (quarter large ones, leave small ones whole), and grate the carrot on a coarse grater. Add everything to the meat, along with tomato paste (or ketchup). You can also add a little sugar. Sauté for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add 300 ml of water, simmer on low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season to taste.
