  • Onion - 2 heads
  • Pork Blood - 17.6 oz
  • Parmesan Cheese - 5.3 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Mayonnaise - 5.3 oz
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Thinly slice the pork as for cutlets and tenderize. Season with salt and pepper, then place on a baking sheet.

Step 2

Spread the finely chopped onion over the meat, then add mayonnaise and sprinkle with Parmesan on top.

Step 3

Place in the oven for 25 minutes at 392°F, then leave in the turned-off oven for 15 minutes.
