- Herbs - 1 bunch
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Meat - 14.1 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Chili jam - 1 teaspoon
- Courgette - 1 piece
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Melted Cheese - 7.1 oz
- Red Wine Vinegar - 2 tablespoons
- Spanish onions - 1 head
- Mixed salad greens - 2.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the meat and grill it.
Step 2
Cut the tomatoes, cucumber, and bell pepper into small pieces. If using cherry tomatoes, leave them whole.
Step 3
Slice the red onion into thin rings.
Step 4
Combine the meat, vegetables, and diced mozzarella. If using mini mozzarella, leave the cheese balls whole.
Step 5
Whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, and chili sauce. Add chopped garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper. Serve the salad on the salad greens and dress it.
