Ingredients
- Onion - 1 head
- Sour Cream - 5.3 oz
- Mayonnaise - 1.8 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Potato - 1 piece
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Meat - 24.7 oz
- Korean-style Carrots - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the meat into strips.

Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 40–60 minutes (depending on how much sauce you want to end up with).

Add mayonnaise.
Step 3
Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Slice the onion into rings.
Step 5
Cut the tomato into pieces.
Step 6
Add a pinch of Korean carrots, about 1/3 of the amount.
Step 7
Fry until golden brown, trying to stir as little as possible.
Step 8
Add sour cream, the remaining carrots, and tomato paste.
Step 9
Add water up to about 1.5 fingers high.
