- Soy Sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Feta cheese - 3.5 oz
- Mustard Greens - to taste
- Wheat Flour - 3.5 oz
- Olives stuffed with lemon - 15 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Apple Wine - 3 tablespoons
- Dried Chamomile - 2 teaspoons
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Herbes de Provence - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the pork across the grain into small pieces, coat with mustard, roll in flour, and fry in heated oil until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper, add soy sauce and wine, and simmer for a bit.

Wash the potatoes, peel, and slice them into thin rounds. Dice the carrots into small cubes. Slice the tomatoes, bell pepper, and onion into half-moons. Mince the garlic. Chop the herbs (parsley, cilantro, dill). Mix everything together, season with salt and pepper, and add marjoram and Herbes de Provence.
Step 3
For the sauce, place the feta cheese in a deep bowl and mash with a fork, add sour cream, mix well, and pour the sauce over the vegetables.
Step 4
In a baking dish, layer the meat, then the vegetables, and top with sliced olives. Bake for 40–50 minutes at medium heat. Sprinkle with grated cheese 10 minutes before it's done.
