Description
The zrazy will taste better if you use two types of minced meat, such as pork and beef.
Ingredients
- Veal Mince - 28.2 oz
- Onion - 2 heads
- Potato - 1 piece
- Cheese Spread - 7.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Breadcrumbs - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grate the raw potato on a fine grater and add it to the minced meat.
Step 2
Fry the finely chopped onion in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Step 3
Add the fried onion to the minced meat.
Step 4
Add the minced garlic.
Step 5
Add salt.
Step 6
Add pepper.
Step 7
Mix the minced meat until homogeneous.
Step 8
Cut the hard cheese into sticks.
Step 9
Form zrazy from the minced meat, placing a piece of cheese inside each.
Step 10
Roll the zrazy in breadcrumbs.
Step 11
Bake in the oven at 392°F for 20–25 minutes.
