Meat Zrazy with Egg and Spicy Sauce
Ingredients
- Onion - 1 head
- Lean Beef - 17.6 oz
- Milk - 3 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil - 5 fl oz
- Mixed Ground Peppers - 1 tablespoon
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 2 tablespoons
- Mustard Greens - ½ tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- White bread - 3 pieces
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil 2 eggs, cool them, and cut into small cubes.
Step 2
Chop the onion (as preferred) — I grind it with the meat using a meat grinder.
Step 3
Soak the white bread in 0.5 cup of milk and mash it into a uniform mass.
Step 4
Add 1 raw egg, salt, bread, and onion to the ground meat.
Step 5
Take a large spoonful of the meat mixture and roll it in your palm, placing a teaspoon of chopped eggs in the center. Shape into patties and place them on a greased baking sheet.
Step 6
Prepare the sauce. In 100 ml of vegetable oil, add 50 ml of milk. Blend the mixture with a blender. It should resemble mayonnaise. Add mustard, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and blend again.
Step 7
Brush each patty with the sauce on top.
Step 8
Bake in the oven at 392°F for about 30 minutes.
