Description

  • Black Cumin (Cumin) - 1 tablespoon
  • Paprika - 1 tablespoon
  • Ground Black Pepper - 1 tablespoon
  • Dijon Mustard - 1 tablespoon
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Pork Mince - 2 lbs
  • Chopped Sage Leaves - 1 glass

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 392°F.

Step 2

Take a baking tray and line it with a sheet of parchment paper or aluminum foil.

Step 3

In a large bowl, mix together garlic, salt, cumin, paprika, pepper, parsley, mustard, and egg until a smooth mixture forms. You can use a fork for this, for example.

Next, add the ground pork to the bowl and mix all the ingredients together with your hands.

Take a tablespoon of the filling and roll it into a ball.

Arrange the meatballs on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a space of 3–5 cm between each one.

Place the meatballs in the oven and bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
