Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes - 4 pieces
- Lean Beef - 17.6 oz
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers - 2 pieces
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper - ½ teaspoon
- White Pepper (whole) - ¼ teaspoon
- Ground Cinnamon - ¾ teaspoon
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Parsley - 1 bunch
- Water - 2 cups
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the ground beef, 1 chopped onion, black pepper, 0.5 teaspoon of cinnamon, and half a bunch of parsley in a bowl. Mix well. Form into meatballs. Arrange the meatballs in a baking dish, approximately 30x24 cm.
Step 2
Top with slices of potato, then onion, sweet pepper, and tomatoes, sliced into rounds.
Step 3
Pour water into a pot, add tomato paste, garlic, white pepper, and 0.25 teaspoon of cinnamon. Mix well. Bring to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly.
Step 4
Pour the prepared sauce over the meatballs and vegetables and place in a preheated oven at 392°F. Bake for 1 hour, or until the potatoes are soft.
Step 5
Garnish with parsley before serving.
