- Rice - ½ glasses
- Ground meat - 17.6 oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Sour Cream - 5 teaspoons
- Bouillon cube - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the rice, boil it until partially cooked, then drain it in a colander and rinse with cold water. In a bowl, combine the minced meat (beef and pork) with an egg and finely chopped onion. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add the rice and mix thoroughly.
Step 2
Prepare the broth using a bouillon cube and bring it to a boil. Form medium-sized meatballs from the ground meat and drop them into the boiling broth. The broth should completely cover the meatballs.
Step 3
Cook for 15 minutes. Mix half a cup of sour cream with a small amount of milk and add it to the boiling broth. Simmer for another 25 minutes. Before serving, drizzle the broth from the meatballs over the garnish (for example, boiled rice sautéed in butter).
