Ingredients
- Ground meat - 17.6 oz
- Onion - 3 heads
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Sour Cream - 8.8 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Spiced Tomato Juice - 1 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Add the egg, 2 small finely chopped heads of onion, salt, and pepper to the ground meat. Mix well.
Step 2
Form small balls from the mixture and place them on a baking sheet previously greased with oil.
Step 3
For the sauce, sauté one large onion, pour in the sour cream, and add the tomato juice, salt, and pepper to taste. Simmer for 5–10 minutes.
Step 4
Pour the sauce over the meatballs, cover the baking sheet with foil, and place it in a preheated oven at 428°F for 20 minutes.
