  • Passata Tomato Sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • Wheat Flour - 1 tablespoon
  • Water - 1 glass
  • Breadcrumbs - 1 glass
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Remove the crust from the bread, soak it in cream, and squeeze out excess liquid. Add the soaked bread, finely chopped onion, and garlic to the ground beef, season, and mix thoroughly.

Step 2

Form meatballs from the mixture, coat them in breadcrumbs, and fry over medium heat until golden brown.

Step 3

Combine the tomato paste, flour, water, and salt, and mix well. Pour the sauce over the meatballs, reduce the heat, and simmer for 15 minutes.
