Ingredients
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Cayenne Pepper - 1 teaspoon
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 10.6 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Parsley - 1 bunch
- Nutmeg - ½ teaspoon
- Ground meat - 17.6 oz
- Breadcrumbs - 1.8 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Water - 5 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sauté a couple of cloves of garlic with a teaspoon of cayenne pepper for a minute or two.
Step 2
Add the tomato paste and water, simmer until the sauce thickens; you can choose the consistency. Finely chop a medium onion and a couple of cloves of garlic. Sauté on high heat until the onion is translucent.
Step 3
Prepare the ground meat, adding finely chopped parsley, nutmeg, and breadcrumbs. Add the egg and the sautéed onion and garlic. Mix well. Form balls the size of a walnut.
Step 4
Refrigerate them for half an hour. Sauté in olive oil over high heat. When the meatballs are ready, pour the sauce over them.
