Ingredients
- Spinach - 17.6 oz
- Pork Mince - 8.8 oz
- Smoked pork knuckle - 1.8 oz
- White bread - 1.4 oz
- Onion - 1.8 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Chicken Broth - 3.5 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Grated Ginger Root - to taste
- Nutmeg - to taste
- Parsley - 0.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the spinach leaves under running water, remove the stems, blanch in boiling water for 1 minute, drain, and rinse with cold water.
Step 2
Cut the pork loin into cubes, melt in a skillet, add chopped onion, and lightly brown.
Step 3
Mix the ground pork with the soaked and well-squeezed bread, add the onion and pork loin, eggs, spices, and mix well.
Step 4
Place 2-3 spinach leaves, add the filling, roll tightly, and tie with string.
Step 5
Fry in heated fat, place in a pot, add broth, and simmer for 15 minutes covered on low heat.
Step 6
Serve sprinkled with parsley, accompanied by boiled potatoes.
