Ingredients
- Ground meat - 17.6 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Black Cumin (Cumin) - a pinch
- Coriander essential oil - a pinch
- Mild Chili Spice - 1 piece
- Dried Rosemary - a pinch
- Fresh Rose Hips - to taste
- Fresh basil leaves - 1 bunch
- Melted Cheese - 5.3 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 2.5 oz
- Garlic - 1 head
- Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 5.3 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Toast the spices in a dry skillet.
Step 2
Add to the ground meat along with the egg and form into balls.
Step 3
Fry the balls.
Step 4
Make a sauce from the basil leaves and tomato paste.
Step 5
Layer the sauce and meatballs in a baking dish and bake at 356°F.
Step 6
In the end, add Parmesan on top and bake a little more.
Step 7
Serve with pasta.
