- Pork Mince - 10.6 oz
- Veal Mince - 10.6 oz
- Onion - 1.8 oz
- White bread - 4.9 oz
- Milk - 3 fl oz
- Walnuts - 1.8 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Raisins - 0.7 oz
- Wheat Flour - 1.1 oz
- Fat - 5.3 oz
- Parsley - 1.4 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak the bread in milk, squeeze it out, mix it with the minced meat and finely chopped onion, and pass it through a meat grinder again. Combine the meat mixture with the beaten eggs (reserve one for breading), add the washed raisins, finely chopped walnuts, parsley, and mix thoroughly, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Shape into evenly sized balls, roll them in flour, beaten egg, and grated, sifted bread.
Step 3
Fry in hot fat until a crispy crust forms. Serve with boiled potatoes or rice.
