Ingredients
- Rice - 10.6 oz
- Lean Beef - 17.6 oz
- 20% Sour Cream - 7.1 oz
- Mustard Greens - 3 teaspoons
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Bouillon cube - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers - ½ piece
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Boiling water - 3 fl oz
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the rice.
Step 2
Mix the rice with the ground beef. Grate half of the onion and add it to the meat mixture. Season with salt.
Step 3
Sauté the chopped onion, grated carrot, and diced bell pepper. Then add the tomatoes and simmer with them.
Step 4
Prepare the sauce by mixing: sour cream, mustard, egg, and the dissolved bouillon cube in a small amount of boiling water.
Step 5
Fry the formed meatballs on both sides until browned and then place them in a baking dish to cook through.
Step 6
Combine the sautéed vegetables with the sauce and pour over the meatballs.
Step 7
Bake for 25 minutes at 374°F.
