Ingredients
- Pork Mince - 17.6 oz
- Veal Mince - 17.6 oz
- Broccoli - 7.1 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Potato - 1 piece
- White bread - 3.5 oz
- Milk - 1 fl oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper - ½ teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Dried onion powder - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a deep bowl, combine the two types of mince — pork and beef.
Step 2
Add one large potato grated on a fine grater or 2 small ones.
Step 3
Add one onion grated on a coarse grater.
Step 4
Add white bread soaked in milk, without crust.
Step 5
Add salt.
Step 6
Add pepper.
Step 7
Add dried garlic.

Thoroughly mix the mince.
Step 9
Lay out plastic wrap on the table and spread the mince in an even layer.

From one edge, place boiled eggs and broccoli florets alternately on the mince.

Carefully roll up the loaf.

Place the loaf on a baking sheet and brush the top with a small amount of mayonnaise. Bake in the oven at 356°F for one hour until golden brown.
