Ingredients
- White bread - 3.5 oz
- Onion - 3 heads
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Bacon - 1.8 oz
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Lean Beef - 28.2 oz
- Mustard Greens - 1 teaspoon
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Marinated cherries - 8.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 392°F. Soak the bread. Chop the onion and garlic. Dice the bacon. Squeeze the bread and mix it with the meat, onion, garlic, and bacon.
Step 2
Mix the eggs with mustard and herbs, then add to the chopped meat. If the mixture is crumbly, add breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Line a baking dish with foil and place the meat mixture inside. Bake for 50 minutes. Arrange the cherry tomatoes on top of the meatloaf, season with salt and pepper. Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
