Mediterranean Fish Rolls
Ingredients
- Lemon - 3 pieces
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Olive Oil - 3 fl oz
- Tuna - 35.3 oz
- Parsley - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grate the zest and squeeze the juice from two lemons. Mix with garlic and olive oil. Season with pepper.
Step 2
Cut the fish into strips 2 cm thick. Place in a dish and pour the marinade over it.
Step 3
Roll the fish into rolls and secure with wooden skewers (which should be soaked in water beforehand). Leave for half an hour. Cut one lemon into wedges and place a piece on each skewer.
Step 4
Grill the fish in the oven (or outdoors) and serve with grilled vegetables.
