Description

- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Fresh Rose Hips - 4 sprigs
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Olive Oil - 5 tablespoons
- Red Wine Vinegar - 2 fl oz
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon

In a mortar, crush the garlic with the rosemary leaves, salt, and pepper. Transfer to a bowl.
Step 2
Add the olive oil, vinegar, and sugar. Mix well.
Step 3
Place the meat in a bag, pour in the marinade, seal tightly, and refrigerate for 4 to 24 hours.
