- Bream - 1 piece
- Marinara sauce - 1 fl oz
- Dry White Wine - 1 fl oz
- Capers - 0.1 oz
- Marinated cherries - 1.8 oz
- Fish Oil - 1 fl oz
- Olives stuffed with lemon - 1.1 oz

Step 1
Fillet the sea bream into 2 pieces.
Step 2
Remove the pits from the olives.
Step 3
Prepare the Napoli sauce: sauté garlic and onion in olive oil, add tomatoes in their juice, and reduce by half. Blend until smooth. Add basil, salt, and sugar to taste.
Step 4
In a baking pouch, place the sea bream fillets, drizzle with Napoli sauce, sprinkle with olives, and pour in the wine and fish broth. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Tie the pouch with kitchen twine and bake in the oven for 12–15 minutes at 356°F.
