- Canned Pineapple Chunks - 1 can
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Veal Tenderloin - 17.6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Drain the pineapple pieces in a sieve and let them drip. Peel and chop the garlic. Mix the juice from the pineapple with the garlic, soy sauce, and ginger.

Wash the meat and cut it into cubes about 2 cm. Pour the pineapple sauce over the chopped meat, cover it, and let it marinate for 60 minutes.

Preheat the grill.

Remove the pieces of meat from the marinade and thread them onto small skewers, alternating with pieces of pineapple. Finally, add an olive to each skewer.
Step 5
Drizzle the meat on the skewers with oil and grill for 10–12 minutes, placing the grilling rack under the heating elements. After 5 minutes, turn the skewers. Season the grilled meat with a little salt.
