Description
A meter-long kebab is a fantastic party treat, just make sure you have a grill on hand. This recipe was generously shared by John Smith from a local barbecue joint.
Ingredients
- Fat Tail Fat - 10.6 oz
- Chicken fillet - 14.1 oz
- Onion - 7.1 oz
- Pomegranate Seeds - 0.2 oz
- Baku Tomatoes - to taste
- Herbs - 0.2 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the onion into small strips and pass it through a meat grinder along with the meat and fat tail.
Step 2
Thoroughly knead the minced meat and beat it well. Add salt and pepper to taste and knead again thoroughly.
Step 3
Shape the minced meat into the desired forms and thread them onto a one-meter skewer. Place the skewer on the grill and cook until a crust forms, about 10 minutes.
Step 4
When serving, place the cooked lula kebab on a long platter. Serve with sliced tomatoes, pomegranate seeds, and fresh herbs.
