- Veal Tenderloin - 30 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 2 fl oz
- Tomatoes - 17.6 oz
- Onion - 3.5 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rub the beef steak with garlic, season with salt and pepper, and fry in hot vegetable oil. The meat should be pale pink inside.
Step 2
Then remove the steaks, and in the same pan, add chopped onion and washed, seeded bell pepper pods, and sauté for 10 minutes. After that, add tomatoes cut into quarters and sauté lightly again.
