Description

A totally awesome, quickest way to have lunch and a great way to use up leftover meat/chicken/smoked meats.

Ingredients

  • Fresh Mushrooms - 7.1 oz
  • Onion - 3.5 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Spiced Tomato Juice - 3.5 oz
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 1.8 oz
  • Corn Nacho Chips - 10.6 oz
  • Chicken fillet - 14.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 392°F (convection).

Step 2

Spread the Mexican Doritos corn chips on a baking sheet greased with oil (you can line it with parchment paper).

Step 3

Cut the fried or boiled chicken into random pieces, season with salt, pepper, and add any spices to taste. Gently mix with the Doritos.

Step 4

Slice the mushrooms and place them on top.

Step 5

Spread tomato salsa or any spicy tomato sauce on top.

Step 6

Sprinkle everything with grated cheese and place in the oven for about 10–15 minutes.

Step 7

Serve with pickles and wash down with beer.
