Ingredients
- Lobster tails - 15.9 oz
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Ground Cumin - ½ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Red Long Chili Peppers - to taste
- Breadcrumbs - 2 cups
- Margarine - 2.1 oz
- Cream 22% - ½ cup
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the cream with the spices in a cup.
Step 2
Chop the tomatoes and pepper and place them on a baking sheet with the lobster meat. Pour half of the cream on top.
Step 3
The next layer is breadcrumbs mixed with melted margarine.
Step 4
Pour the remaining cream and bake the lobster in the oven for about half an hour at 374°F.
