  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Spices - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Grate the pumpkin on a coarse grater and add the pre-cooked rice.

Step 2

Finely chop a large onion and sauté it in vegetable oil, mix with beaten eggs and sour cream (or mayonnaise as an option), season with pepper for spiciness, and possibly add various spices to your taste.
