- Romaine lettuce - 2½ cups
- Canned Pork with Beans - 15.9 oz
- Tomatoes - 1½ pieces
- Jicama - ¾ cup
- Sweet Corn Sticks - ¾ cup
- Avocado - ½ piece
- Radish - ¾ cup
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Lime Juice - ¼ cup
- Feta cheese - ¼ cup
- Olive Oil - ¼ cup
- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Chopped Green Onions - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Habanero Pepper - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine chopped lettuce, beans, diced tomatoes, diced jicama, corn kernels, thinly sliced radish, diced avocado, diced pepper, and crumbled feta.
Step 2
In another small bowl, mix lime juice, olive oil, honey, cilantro, minced garlic, and minced jalapeño.
