Ingredients
- Sea Bass - 17.6 oz
- Frozen vegetables 'Hawaiian mix' - 10.6 oz
- Potato - 1 piece
- Onion - 2 heads
- Olive Oil - 5 tablespoons
- White Pepper (whole) - to taste
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Hard Cheese - 3.5 oz
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
First, cut the sea bass fillet into portion-sized pieces of 3 cm, marinate them in a mixture of 2 tablespoons of olive oil, lemon juice, pepper, and salt.
Step 2
Dice the onion, add it to the vegetable mixture, and sauté in olive oil for about 2 minutes, without letting the vegetables brown. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
Chop the tomato and add it to the vegetable mixture when it has cooled slightly.
Step 4
Grate the cheese.
Step 5
In a baking dish, layer half of the vegetables, place the pieces of sea bass on top, sprinkle with half of the cheese, then add the remaining vegetables, and top everything with the second half of the cheese.
Step 6
Bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes.
