Description
This recipe uses a mix of radish, arugula, and kale microgreens.
Ingredients
- Microgreens - 1.8 oz
- Parmesan Cheese - 0.9 oz
- Garlic - 0.3 oz
- Unrefined Sunflower Oil - 1 fl oz
- Pistachios - 0.7 oz
- Apple Cider Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Lime - 1 piece
- Ocean salt - 1½ teaspoons
- Ground Black Pepper - ½ teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the microgreens.
Step 2
Toast the nuts in a dry skillet until golden.
Step 3
Transfer to a plate and let cool.
Step 4
Coarsely chop the garlic.
Step 5
Combine the ingredients in a blender bowl.
Step 6
Add the finely chopped cheese.

Pour in the oil and vinegar.

Add salt and pepper.

Add lime juice.

Blend thoroughly.
