Ingredients
- Beef - 4.4 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Clarified Butter - 0.7 oz
- Pickled Cauliflower - 3.5 oz
- Parsley - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely minced meat is lightly sautéed in butter and cooled.
Step 2
Beat the eggs and mix them with the sautéed minced meat, finely chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
Step 3
In a greased skillet, place the prepared meat mixture, level it, drizzle with melted butter, and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Serve the midzhurum in the same skillet.
Step 5
Sprinkle with parsley.
Step 6
Serve pickled vegetables (various) separately.
