  • Lemon - 2.1 oz
  • Herbs - 0.9 oz
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Beat the egg. In a separate bowl, mix grated cheese with sugar. Dip the prepared veal cutlets in the egg, then coat them in the sugar and cheese mixture, and fry on both sides in well-heated oil.

Step 2

Serve hot, drizzled with lemon juice. Garnish with boiled pasta or potatoes. Decorate the dish with lemon slices and parsley sprigs.
