- Grated Lemon Zest - to taste
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - to taste

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Spaghetti. Boil the spaghetti. Two minutes before it's done, remove the spaghetti from the heat and drain the water (reserve a little water for the sauce). Add oil and lemon zest to the spaghetti.
Step 2
Sauce. Pour the reserved water from the spaghetti into a pan and stir until it forms a light sauce.
Step 3
Garnish the spaghetti with the sauce, pepper, parsley, and cheese.
