First, beat the eggs with sugar and salt using a whisk.

Add 240 ml of room temperature milk and mix.

Then add the flour and vanilla, whisking until a thick, homogeneous mixture forms.

Gradually pour in 480 ml of milk, stirring well. The consistency should be smooth and lump-free.
