- Millet - 2 cups
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Beef - 14.1 oz
- Sour Cream - 7.1 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Hard Cheese - 1.8 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Celery salt - 1 piece

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Thoroughly rinse the millet.
Step 2
Bring 1.6 liters of water to a boil, add salt, add the millet, and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Drain the water, add butter, stir, and tightly cover the pot with a lid.
Step 4
Preheat the oven and place the pot with the porridge in it for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Rinse the beef and cut it into small pieces.
Step 6
Peel, wash, and dice the onion, celery root, and carrot, then sauté them in heated vegetable oil.
Step 7
Toast the flour in a separate pan, add sour cream, and heat on low until thickened.

Add the beef to the pan with the vegetables, season with salt and pepper, lightly fry on high heat, then reduce the heat, add the sour cream sauce, pour in a little water, and simmer on low until cooked through.
Step 9
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 10
Mix the cooked porridge with the beef and vegetables, beat in the eggs, and place in the oven for 20 minutes.

Serve the finished casserole on individual plates, sprinkled with chopped celery greens.
