- Chicken fillet - 10.6 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Hard Cheese - 1.8 oz
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the chicken fillet, cut it into small pieces, place it in a skillet with heated vegetable oil, season with salt and pepper, and sauté.
Step 2
Peel, wash, and grate the carrot on a coarse grater.
Step 3
Sort the millet, rinse it, add 0.6 liters of water, add salt, bring to a boil, cover, and cook on low heat until ready.
Step 4
Mix the cooked porridge with the meat, add the grated carrot, and let it cool.
Step 5
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Step 6
Beat the eggs into the porridge, transfer it to a saucepan greased with butter, sprinkle with grated cheese, and place in the oven for 15 minutes.
