- Millet - 2 cups
- Dried Chinese mushrooms - 3.5 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Hard Cheese - 1.8 oz
- Onion - 3 heads
- Vegetable Oil - 2 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the dried mushrooms, soak them in warm water for 1 hour, then cook in the same water.
Step 2
Remove the cooked mushrooms with a slotted spoon, finely chop them, combine with the strained broth, add salt, bring to a boil, and stir in the rinsed millet.
Step 3
Cook the porridge until thickened over low heat, then place it in a double boiler.
Step 4
Peel, wash, slice the onion into thin half-rings, and sauté in heated vegetable oil (35 ml).
Step 5
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 6
Mix the cooked porridge with the sautéed onions and beat in the eggs.
Step 7
Transfer the porridge to a saucepan, sprinkle with cheese, and place in the oven for 15 minutes.
