Add salt and sugar to boiling milk, pour in the rinsed millet, and cook while stirring for 15–20 minutes.

Then cover the pot with porridge and place it in a preheated oven for 25–30 minutes.
Step 3
Cool the cooked porridge, add the eggs, and mix well.
Step 4
Form patties from the mixture, coat them in breadcrumbs, and fry in melted butter.
Step 5
Serve with fruit jelly, sour cream, melted butter, or a milk sauce.
